Gynecomastia with other procedures
It is not uncommon to combine male breast reduction surgery with other unrelated procedures. In Dr. Blau’s experience, he has found that lipo sculpture of the abdomen (tummy), waist, back, and axilla (armpit) are very often requested by individuals who have gynecomastia surgery. In cases of extreme weight loss (bariatric bypass surgery), he combines this surgery with abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). Blepharoplasty (eyes) and rhinoplasty (nose) and ottoplasty (ears) surgeries are also sometimes performed in conjunction with breast reduction
