It is not uncommon to combine male breast reduction surgery with
other unrelated procedures. In my experience, I have found
that lipo sculpture of the abdomen (tummy), waist, back, and
axilla (armpit) are very often requested by individuals who have
gynecomastia surgery. In cases of extreme weight loss (bariatric
bypass surgery), I combine this surgery with abdominoplasty (tummy
tuck). Blepharoplasty (eyes) and rhinoplasty (nose) and
ottoplasty (ears) surgeries are sometimes performed in
conjunction with breast reduction.
As with all cosmetic surgery, results are most gratifying when
expectations are realistic.
