This is a 27 year old male from Long Island, NY, who is 6'1 and 180 pounds. He consulted with Dr. Mordcai Blau, board certified plastic surgeon and a diplomate of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons for his Gynecomastia, or enlarged male breasts. This is a condition that results from the abnormal formation of mammary tissue underneath the male breast that causes a distended appearance to the breast. The patient did not feel comfortable with the appearance of his chest and felt he received negative attention when he removed his shirt in public.
